On Monday 18 April, the acclaimed British photographer Phillip Toledano will spend an evening at FOTODOK talking about his work. The event is open to everyone. Come and be inspired by the stories of a passionate photographer.
Toledano’s previous works include When I was six, about the untimely death of his sister, which is part of the exhibition There is Something about My Family. He will also discuss Days with My Father, an intense visual project about the loss of his mother and the impact on his father.
Toledano will talk about his work and why in recent years he has turned his lens on his family; about collaboration; about the forms his work take, and much more. FOTODOK’s readings are informal, so feel free to ask questions. The event will be held in Het Utrechts Archief (our partner across the street).
